★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um headset nesse local, no valor de R$ 95,00 no dia 22/Fev/2021.
Me entregaram um recibo apenas com o valor sob o discurso de "não emitimos NF" confesso que nesse ponto o erro foi meu, eu permiti que isso essa venda acontecesse de forma ERRADA, não vou entrar nos pormenores da questão.
O headset apresentou falha no dia 14 e dia 15 ja acionei a loja para substiuição, essa que é prevista dentro do artigo 26 do CDC.
Ao invés de tentar sanar o problema, mesmo sabendo que estava errado{a}, o dono se negou a fazer a troca pois tinha se passado os 7 dias e pediu que eu acionasse a garantia da Dodge, porém como eu posso acionar garantia SEM UMA NF????... esses 7 dias não valem de nada, ou esta de acordo com o CDC ou NÃO. E não estar, caracteriza CRIME contra o consumidor.
A pedido do dono fui até o local, que alias não estava presente, e solicitei a troca. De forma MUITO solicita e cordial a vendedora A. efetuou a troca do headset entendendo ser um defeito interno.
Muito obrigado e parabéns a vendedora pelo excelente atendimento mas não posso dar uma classificação alta para um comércio que tem uma direção desrespeitosa e desonesta que desconhece os direitos do consumidor e seus próprios deveres.
I bought a headset at this location, in the amount of R $ 95.00 on February 22, 2021.
I was given a receipt with only the value under the speech "we do not issue NF" I confess that at this point it was my mistake, I allowed this sale to happen in the WRONG way, I will not go into the details of the issue.
The headset failed on the 14th and 15th I already called the store to replace it, which is provided for in article 26 of the CDC.
Instead of trying to remedy the problem, even though he knew it was wrong {a}, the owner refused to make the switch because it had been 7 days and asked me to activate the Dodge warranty, but how can I activate the warranty WITHOUT ONE NF ???? ... those 7 days are worthless, either according to the CDC or NOT. And not being, characterizes CRIME against the consumer.
At the request of the owner I went to the place, which by the way was not present, and requested the exchange. In a VERY request and cordial seller A. made the replacement of the headset understanding it to be an internal defect.
Thank you very much and congratulations to the seller for the excellent service, but I cannot give a high rating to a trade that has a disrespectful and dishonest direction that ignores consumer rights and its own duties.
