★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como a empresa tem pacotes, entrei em contato para saber se agendava horário, mas a pessoa disse que só trabalhava sem agendamento. Então perguntei qual horário deveria chegar para estar pronta às 10h, me informaram que às 8h. Verifiquei agora no Google que só abre às 9h. Além de uma informação básica ter sido passada errada, fiquei 1h esperando abrir, já são 9:03h e nem sinal de vida aqui pra abrir. Experiência péssima.
As the company has packages, I contacted him to find out if he had an appointment, but the person said he only worked without an appointment. So I asked what time I should arrive to be ready at 10am, I was informed that at 8am. I've now checked on Google that it only opens at 9am. In addition to the fact that basic information was given wrong, I was waiting for 1 hour to open it, it's already 9:03 am and there's no sign of life here to open. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A escova é boa, mas a maquiagem é péssima, antes mesmo de sair do salão minha maquiagem já tinha borrado, o cílios descolado e ainda não sabiam fazer a make que eu queria. Durante o evento a maquiagem derreteu, o lápis preto borrou tudo, a sombra não ficou, e a cola do cílios ficou aparecendo. Passei raiva e vergonha.
The brush is good, but the makeup is terrible, even before I left the salon, my makeup had already smudged, my eyelashes had come off and they still didn't know how to do the makeup I wanted. During the event the makeup melted, the black pencil smudged everything, the eyeshadow didn't stay, and the eyelash glue kept showing. I spent anger and shame.
