★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O gerente do restaurante no Iguatemi, na parte de baixo.Ele é muito mal educado e ao meu ver, nao está preparado para gerenciar um negócio desses, onde todos os dias diversas pessoas passam por ali. Vou sempre aos domingos e as vezes nos feriados e sempre sou atendido pelo mesmo garçom. O atendimento dos garçons, excelente, agora precisam ver quem está no front dos seus negócios, para não terem insucessos, embora esteja há muito tempo no mercado, isso não garante que haverá de pé.
Pense nisso!

Comida sempre boa, preços razoáveis e atendimento sempre gentil! Nosso último pedido foi a maminha para duas pessoas e nos surpreendeu! Pela quantidade e qualidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, primeira e última vez que compro comida pelo Ifood neste restaurante , decepcionada ao extremo com quantidade tão pequena de comida principalmente Baião de dois , isso porque adicionei no pedido 2 porções de Baião. Para piorar liguei para restaurante e perguntei quem recebe os pedidos pelo Ifood e o subgerente que atendeu telefone disse que era ele mesmo que se encarrega dos pedidos, ele disse que estão sem a embalagem correta de 3 compartimentos que é a maior e está indo essa embalagem mesmo no momento para todos os deliveres segundo ele . E perguntei a ele , e nós consumidores que ficamos no prejuízo ?
E ele disse : é assim para todos pronto e acabou !!! Não resolveu meu problema e ainda foi grosso.
Eu teria vergonha de colocar no Ifood promoção do dia 85,00 em uma quantidade tão pequena!
Como diz meu pai , o olho do dono que engorda o negócio!!!
Se o dono estivesse ali ao lado ouvindo a conversas duvido que meu problema não seria solucionado e creio que não falaria assim com um cliente .
Honestly, the first and last time I buy food through Ifood in this restaurant, I was extremely disappointed with such a small amount of food, mainly Baião de Dois, because I added 2 portions of Baião to the order. To make matters worse, I called the restaurant and asked who takes the orders through Ifood and the assistant manager who answered the phone said he was in charge of the orders himself, he said that they don't have the correct 3-compartment package, which is the largest, and that package is going. even at the moment for all deliveres according to him. And I asked him, what about us consumers who are at a loss?
And he said: it's like that for everyone, that's it and it's over!!! It didn't solve my problem and it was still gross.
I would be ashamed to put on the Ifood 85.00 day promotion in such a small amount!
As my father says, the owner's eye that fattens the business!!!
If the owner were next door listening to conversations I doubt that my problem would not be solved and I believe that I would not talk like that with a customer.
