Único motivo que não dei 5 estrelas é pq são péssimos em atender telefone e responder o whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa qualidade do serviço, pontuais, limparam o local bem. Pontuaria apenas que a unidade interna poderia estar centralizado na parede (pelo menos poderiam perguntar) e que faltou cuidado na furação da parece externa onde estragaram uma peça de revestimento do prédio.
Good quality of service, punctual, cleaned the place well. I would only point out that the indoor unit could be centered on the wall (at least they might ask) and that care was taken in drilling the external wall where they damaged a piece of cladding in the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A instalação do ar-condicionado foi realizada mas poderiam ter mais cuidado, deixaram paredes sujas, ao quebrar para o dreno o rasgo atingiu o banheiro, passaram a escada na parede e tiraram um lasco, deixaram os restos de papelão e obra, não levaram pro lixo. Acho que o serviço como um todo precisa ser melhor, especialmente porque agora terei que refazer pintura, reparar o revestimento do banheiro, pintar as sujeiras.
The installation of the air conditioning was carried out but they could have been more careful, they left dirty walls, when it broke the drain the tear reached the bathroom, they passed the ladder on the wall and removed a chip, left the cardboard and workmanship remains, they did not take it to trash. I think the service as a whole needs to be better, especially since now I'm going to have to repaint, repair the bathroom lining, paint the mess.
