Dia 22 de abril comprei uma lava e seca da Samsung com a vendedora ANE e adivinha, me entregaram uma INFERIOR a comprada, além disso, fiquei sem a máquina pois a que eu comprei saiu de linha.
Já estou há uma semana sem a máquina e é a SEGUNDA VEZ que me entregam um produto diferente do comprado.
PÉSSIMA LOJA. PÉSSIMA VENDEDORA.
WORST SHOP I'VE EVER SEEN.
On April 22 I bought a Samsung washer and dryer from the seller ANE and guess what, they gave me a LOWER one than the one I bought, in addition, I was without the machine because the one I bought was discontinued.
I've been without the machine for a week now and this is the SECOND TIME I've been delivered a product different from the one I bought.
TERRIBLE STORE. TERRIBLE SELLER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu conselho não compre na loja São Caetano pois comprei um tv na loja e disseram que não tem para entrega imediata e tive que esperar para entregar em casa e depois de 5 dias chegou a tv e adivinha veio com defeito aí voltei na loja e adivinha não fazem a troca na loja tinha que ligar no SAC ou seja para que loja se não serve para nada e além disso a troca vai demorar uns 15 dias e no fim estou sem a tv
My advice don't buy at the São Caetano store because I bought a TV at the store and they said they don't have it for immediate delivery and I had to wait to deliver it at home and after 5 days the TV arrived and guess what it came with a defect so I went back to the store and guess what? they do the exchange at the store, I had to call the customer service, that is, which store if it's useless and besides the exchange will take about 15 days and in the end I'm without the tv
