Marcam você e esquecem que marcaram, daí você remarca, avisa antes do seu horário marcado que vai chegar 10 minutos atrasada por que o local é de díficil acesso, tive que ir andando e fiquei na fila de cadastro pra pegar o elevador. Chegando no local, não querem te atender e se esconde pra não ter que falar com você pessoalmente. Nota zero. Por isso eles põe no peixe urbano, não sabem tratar bem o cliente. Faz o cliente sair de casa a toa, ficar sem serviço com o salão vazio, véspera de reveillon! É fazer as pessoas de idiota!!! Não recomendo!!!

They book you and forget they have booked, then you reschedule, let them know before your scheduled time that you will be 10 minutes late because the place is difficult to access, I had to walk and I stood in the registration queue to take the elevator.
