★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiencia, os funcionários que vieram na minha casa eram despreparados, disseram que trocaram peças que não haviam trocado.
Me cobraram o serviço antes da conclusão, não consigo receber meu equipamento e não sei o status do meu serviço.

Até agora não recebi o meu purificador e não recebi satisfação. Tive que ligar na assitencia ontem no final do dia e disseram que mandariam hoje, vamos ver.
Bad experience, the employees who came to my house were unprepared, they said they exchanged parts that they had not exchanged.
I was charged for the service before completion, I am unable to receive my equipment and I do not know the status of my service.

So far I have not received my purifier and I have not received satisfaction. I had to call the service yesterday at the end of the day and they said they would send it today, let's see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com o produto da Mondial desde o dia 27/05 e até hoje (28/7) não obtive uma resposta em relação ao converto. Já liguei, diversas vezes, mas dizem q estão sem técnico responsável e q o meu produto se encontra do mesmo jeito q foi deixado, aliás, tem dia q ligo q nem sabem onde colocaram, ao ponto de me questionar se a marcar não era seria Britânia, pelo fato de n estar encontrando. Isso é uma ABSURDOO! Uma desorganização sem fim. Uma herdeira feita de responsabilidade e respeito com o cliente. Já falei q ia pegar o produto (por falta de técnico) quando ele completou um mês na assistência, mas não deixaram, alegando q iriam abrir uma ordem de serviço com a Mondial e até hj NADA!!!!
I've been with Mondial's product since 05/27 and until today (28/7) I haven't had an answer regarding the convert. I've called, several times, but they say they don't have a responsible technician and my product is in the same way it was left, in fact, there are days when I call when they don't even know where they put it, to the point of questioning whether the marking was Britânia, by the fact that n is finding it. This is ABSURDOO! An endless disorganization. An heiress made of responsibility and respect for the client. I already said that I was going to get the product (due to lack of technician) when he completed a month in assistance, but they didn't, claiming that they would open a service order with Mondial and until today NOTHING!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistência péssima !! desde o dia 03/11/2021 tento realizar o reparo de minha máquina mueller que está em garantia (hoje já é 11/01/2022) e nada. Eles se comprometeram de marcar 3 datas, e nas datas informadas minha esposa deixou de ir trabalhar para ficar em casa esperando o "Tal técnico" que sempre que eu ligava a assistência que o mesmo está em rota... tenho mais de 15 ligações e até agora não tive o meu atendimento de reparo. Tenho como provar através de prints com o whatsapp da assistência e tenho gravações das frustantes ligações.
Péssimo atendimento, péssimo serviço.
Terrible assistance!! since 11/03/2021 I have been trying to repair my mueller machine that is under warranty (today it is 01/11/2022) and nothing. They committed to set 3 dates, and on the dates informed my wife stopped going to work to stay at home waiting for the "Such technician" that whenever I called the assistance that it is in route... I have more than 15 calls and So far I haven't had my repair service. I can prove it through prints with the assistance whatsapp and I have recordings of the frustrating calls.
Bad service, bad service.
