★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja da Fast Frame e nunca vi um atendimento tão ruim. Jamais voltarei. Peguei os quadros que tinha intenção de fazer as molduras e fui para outra loja.
 I've been to the Fast Frame store and never seen such a bad customer service. I will never go back. I took the pictures I intended to make the frames and went to another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja nova, bonita, bem localizada, tem estacionamento fácil, coisa que as lojas de moldura em fortaleza muitas vezes não tem. Fui bem atendido e, recebi uma boa sugestão em relação de como fazer a moldura. Minha nota baixa, não vou atribuir a loja, seria algo muito geral, que não acho justo, vou atribuir a momento específico da loja, que no meu entendido não corresponde ao padrão da loja. Em relação a prazo de entrega que foi me dito algo e, depois dito outra informação, eu tendo me programado e, posteriormente, na conversa de whatsapp, o culpado sou eu, pois é dito pra mim que entendi a informação equivocadamente.
New, beautiful store, well located, has easy parking, something that frame stores in Fortaleza often do not have. I was well attended and, I received a good suggestion regarding how to make the frame. My low grade, I will not assign the store, it would be something very general, which I don't think is fair, I will attribute it to the specific moment of the store, which in my opinion does not correspond to the store's standard. Regarding the delivery time, I was told something and then said other information, having programmed myself and, later, in the WhatsApp conversation, the culprit is me, as it is said to me that I misunderstood the information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja, produtos, obras e opções são diversas. Mas a proposta “Fast” não veio…mínimo 24h pra entrega. Outro ponto básico, não tem embalagem de presente. Ou seja, o presente sai dentro de uma sacola plástica. Podiam repensar de acordo com a demanda, em sacolas kraft com algum cartão “de” “para”, por exemplo. Agora tenho que sair daqui e ir atrás de uma embalagem pra presentear.
The store, products, works and options are diverse. But the “Fast” proposal didn't come…minimum 24 hours for delivery. Another basic point, there is no gift packaging. That is, the gift comes out inside a plastic bag. They could rethink according to demand, in kraft bags with some “from” “to” card, for example. Now I have to get out of here and look for a package to give as a gift.
