Qnd peguei de volta, o tablet não estava carregando, levei novamente e simplesmente fui informada q precisava trocar a placa e eu deveria pagar mais 490,00 reais. O tablet foi danificado pelo técnico, o mínimo q deveria, era me devolver funcionando do jeito que eu levei, ou seja, total falta de respeito. NÃO LEVEM NADA NESTE ESTABELECIMENTO, falta profissionalismo e falta honestidade…lamentável mas ainda existem pessoas assim.

The tablet was damaged by the technician, the minimum q should, was to return it working the way I took it, that is, total lack of respect. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT, there is a lack of professionalism and a lack of honesty ... unfortunate but there are still people like that.

Não jogam limpo sobre como os procedimentos serão feitos, quando existe reclamação não ouvem de verdade o cliente, insistem em soluções que não resolvem e depois jogam pra você o tempo do "serviço". Fecharam meu notebook deixando dois parafusos visíveis! SEM AVISAR! NO TECLADO! Cobraram pra instalar Windows nas duas máquinas, após isso meu computador vive com notificações que não é original e a solução deles foi desativar a atualização(?). Não recomendo a empresa. Infelizmente entrei numa furada e é muito triste ver que esse tipo de coisa ainda acontece e que em plena pandemia e crise as pessoas ainda abusam e não resolvem o problema que elas mesmas causaram. NÃO RECOMENDO!!!
I took two notebooks to fix with them. They don't play straight about how the procedures will be done, when there is a complaint, they don't really listen to the customer, they insist on solutions that don't solve it and then throw the "service" time for you. They closed my notebook leaving two visible screws! WITHOUT WARNING! NO KEYBOARD! Charged to install Windows on both machines, after that my computer lives with notifications that is not original and their solution was to disable the update(?). I don't recommend the company. Unfortunately I got into a hole and it's very sad to see that this kind of thing still happens and that in the middle of a pandemic and crisis people still abuse and don't solve the problem they caused. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Solicitei a troca da tela do celular, técnico instalou a tela nova sem tomar os cuidados mínimos e deixou cair cola na lente da Câmera frontal, solicitei a correção e ele queimou a tela nova com o soprador, fez a limpeza da lente da tela com um pano sujo, qual o resultado? Prejuízo estou com a câmera do celular danificada.
- Falta de organização e limpeza;
- falta de profissionalismo;
- falta de técnica.

I have a damaged cell phone camera.
