★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu vou ter que dar 2 não pelo bolo que adoro e na minha opinião é melhor que o da sodie mas pelo atendimento de uma senhora não a gerente mas sim uma funcionária ela é muito antipática, não sorri não tem simpatia nenhuma sempre atendendo os clientes com cara de estresse e nervosismo agente se sente mal com esse tipo de situação infelizmente vou acaba r indo pro concorrente só por conta dessa senhora que toda vez q vou lá saio mal só pelo péssimo atendimento e energia negativa dela.
I'll have to give 2 not the cake that I love and in my opinion is better than the SODIE but for the care of a lady not a manager but an employee she is very unfriendly, unsmiling has no sympathy always serving customers with face of stress and nervousness agent feels bad about this kind of situation unfortunately I will end up going to the competitor just because of this lady that every time I go there I go bad just for the poor service and her negative energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui realizar um pedido de um kit festa, na unidade elisa flaquer. A atendente foi uma grossa, me passou o valor errado mesmo eu confirmando com ela. Na hora da retirada do pedido a mesma tratou minha mãe super mal e com grosseria. Não recomendo o atendimento de lá. Porém os produtos são bons.
I ordered a party kit at the elisa flaquer unit. The attendant was rude, gave me the wrong amount even though I confirmed it with her. When the order was withdrawn, she treated my mother very badly and rudely. I don't recommend the service there. But the products are good.

I bought cake to give as a gift to my affiliates, I was ashamed, I threw 150 reais in the trash, poorly made cake with no taste and lack of respect for the consumer!
