★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei massagem relaxante com uso de ventosas, eu e meu marido. Para começar, houve uma confusão na hora de decidir qual sala que seria usada (fui encaminhada para 3 salas diferentes até decidirem qual seria), na sala não havia NENHUM cabide para pendurar minha bolsa e roupa (tive que deixar tudo no chão), a maca não tinha o "furo" para colocar o rosto para baixo, uma massagem foi diferente da outra (no meu marido só fizeram as costas e movimentos sempre repetitivos).... Saímos com o pescoço tenso e dolorido!
 I scheduled relaxing massage with suction cups, my husband and I. To begin with, there was confusion when deciding which room to use (I was referred to 3 different rooms until they decided which one), there was NO hanger to hang my bag and clothes on (I had to leave everything on the floor), stretcher did not have the "hole" to put his face down, one massage was different from another (in my husband only did the back and always repetitive movements) .... We left with a tense and sore neck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tenho a elogiar a clínica , pessoas que te tratam com respeita e profissionalismo, principalmente a Cíntia, parabens pelo seu trabalho. So nao vou dar 5 estrelas pq a recepçao nao é mto boa. A recepcionista nao te atende quando vc chega e nem pede para aguardar um momento, fora isso é ótimo . Recomendo.
I can only praise the clinic, people who treat you with respect and professionalism, especially Cíntia, congratulations on your work. I will not only give 5 stars because the reception is not very good. The receptionist does not answer you when you arrive and does not even ask to wait a moment, other than that is great. I recommend.

Desdenha, é arrogante e ameaça, ainda por cima. Quanta mal-caratice. Quem não se importa com absolutamente todos os clientes, além de fazer distinção de pessoas, é prepotente. Eu é que nem passo perto dessa tranqueira. Muito obrigada aos que nos informam nas avaliações do Google.

As atendentes me disseram que pra ter resultados eu teria que pagar 120,00 a mais para aplicação de um peeling.
Achei uma sacanagem!
I did the CO2 laser for Groupon and thought about doing it more often but I didn't have any results, nothing at all!
The attendants told me that to get results I would have to pay 120.00 more to apply a peel.
I found a slut!

Paguei um pacote de 1:30 com vários itens e as funcionarias ficaram brigando na minha frente e da minha esposa porque não queriam atender e queria ir embora, e depois fez de qualquer forma em 35 minutos e falou que acabou que era aquilo mesmo, lembrando que era uma massagem relaxante, um peeling de diamante, uma mascara detox, esfoliação dos pés e mãos e hidratação dos pés e mãos. Resolvi dar uma oportunidade para o local mesmo tendo tantas reclamações no RECLAME AQUI e arrependi. *Estaremos acionando judicialmente o estabelecimento e o PROCON.
Pior que não é mentirar....
Lousy service from employees. I paid for a 1:30 package with several items and the employees were fighting in front of me and my wife because they didn't want to answer and I wanted to leave, and then she did it anyway in 35 minutes and said it was just that, remembering which was a relaxing massage, a diamond peel, a detox mask, exfoliation of the feet and hands and hydration of the feet and hands. I decided to give the place an opportunity even though I had so many complaints at RECLAME HERE and I regretted it. * We will be suing the establishment and PROCON.

Comprei um pacote com limpeza de pele e outros adicionais, mas na primeira sessão só fizeram a limpeza de pele, e foi a pior e mais dolorida limpeza de pele que já fiz na vida. Na segunda sessão não fizeram a limpeza de pele porque alegaram que não era o descrito em minha ficha.
Quando fui pedir orientação sobre o que era o correto no meu pacote, a funcionária que fez a limpeza de pele começou a gritar comigo e a teimar que tinha feito o que era protocolo.
Aqui O BARATO SAI CARO literalmente... Nunca mais volto!!!
Terrible attendance!!! Rude and rude staff.
I bought a skin cleansing pack and additional ones, but in the first session they only cleaned the skin, and it was the worst and most painful skin cleansing I've ever done. In the second session, they did not clean the skin because they claimed it was not the one described in my file.
When I went to ask for guidance on what was correct in my package, the employee who did the skin cleaning began to yell at me and insist that she had done what was protocol.
Here CHEAP IS literally EXPENSIVE ... I'll never be back !!!
