Embora tenha sido muito bem recepcionado pela atendente, muito solicita, Eduarda (salvo engano), não posso dizer o mesmo da senhora dentro do balcão...
Aguardava minha esposa retornar do toalete próximo a mesa 2, e esta senhora, mto deselegante, "gritou" de lá; "esta mesa está reservada".
Achei estranho, contudo, aguardei a esposa para fazermos nosso pedido. Como não nos foi apresentado um cardápio, pedimos a atendente "bife a parmegiana". Esta senhora, veio até nossa mesa e disse que "esse prato só à la carte"...
Que pena! Acabamos comendo o que tinham a oferecer...
Lamentável! Nem por isso deixamos de admirar a linda cidade de Araras, apagando a má impressão deixada pelo atendimento recebido no Faustão Grill...

Although I was very well received by the attendant, very solicitous, Eduarda (unless I'm mistaken), I can't say the same about the lady inside the counter...
I was waiting for my wife to return from the toilet near table 2, and this lady, very inelegant, "screamed" from there; "this table is reserved".
I found it strange, however, I waited for the wife to place our order. As we were not presented with a menu, we asked the attendant for "steak parmigiana". This lady, came to our table and said that "this dish is only à la carte"...
What a pity! We ended up eating what they had to offer...
Unfortunate! Notwithstanding this, we admire the beautiful city of Araras, erasing the bad impression left by the service received at Faustão Grill...
