Não há ordem, é muito bagunçado, umas pessoas pegam senha e outra não pegam e cortam fila pra serem atendidas antes. Funcionários sem proatividade que não teem nenhuma vontade de ajudar. Ir la, para resolver algum problema, é ir passar raiva.
It seems like a good college, but the service and problem solving are terrible. There is no order, it is very messy, some people get a password and another does not get it and cut the queue to be attended before. Employees without proactivity who have no desire to help. To go there, to solve a problem, is to go angry.
