★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o cliente. Enviei meu projeto solicitando orçamento e fui informada que precisava ir até a loja para me passarem o mesmo. Ao chegar na loja disseram que a funcionária que havia "feito" meu projeto estava de férias e tive que passar tudo novamente para outra funcionária. Depois de ficar uma hora na loja explicando o que queria ficaram de me mandar o orçamento e nunca enviaram, ou seja, só perdi meu tempo com essa loja. Talvez eu não aparente ser classe B+ A como fui informada ser o público alvo da empresa.
Lack of respect for the customer. I sent my project requesting a quote and was informed that I needed to go to the store to get the same. When I arrived at the store, they said that the employee who had "made" my project was on vacation and I had to pass it all over again to another employee. After spending an hour in the store explaining what I wanted, they stopped sending me the quote and never did, that is, I just wasted my time with this store. Maybe I don't appear to be class B+ A as I was told to be the company's target audience.
