★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Material de péssima qualidade. As roldanas da porta de correr do meu armário do quarto e o amortecedor da porta do armário da cozinha estão quebrados. Solicitei as características da roldana porque somente com a foto não tenho encontrado em lojas especializadas. A Favorita - Recreio dos Bandeirantes não só demorou 10 dias para me responder (após 3 tentativas), como me cobrou 300 reais para a troca. Qdo solicitei as características da roldana, se recusaram a me passar, informando que o código dela é diferente de outras lojas. Isso é para ficarmos dependentes do conserto deles? eu já enviei a foto para um monte de loja e as lojas não conseguem identificar somente com a foto. Estou sem conseguir abrir os armários. No contrato, somente algumas peças possuem descrição . Eu preciso das características correta do material para que eu possa pesquisar em outras lojas. Chegaram a cobrar 700,00 a minha amiga, pela troca de amortecedores.
