Terra muito boa, de relevo com poucas ondulações de leves a médias, boa precipitação pluviométrica. Cria animais da pecuária bovinos de corte e de leite. Essa criação é mista, ou seja, as vezes de forma intensiva com uma boa estrutura de cocheiras e outra de forma extensiva nos seus imensos cercados plantados com capim adequado para o clima da região.
