★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Invested in 2011. Purchased two coconut plots. Problem is plots sold without any water permits. Contract states planting within 6 months. Due to no water permits planting was delayed for years. Other investors had to change from coconuts to neem. After about 8 years investors got asked to change to shares with the two owners taking a 30% cut of investors investment. Sold and promised a dream but Unique delivered a nightmare. No investors have seen any return on investment. In fact investors that switched to shares had to pay an extra 10%. Advertised and sold as an hands free investment. Fact are no unless a agree to a long list of demands I cant access the plantation. I have to drill a water well and install water pumps. Im now taking legal action against Unique. There are a number of legal cases against Unique. Avoid doing any business with Unique management now called Primal Group.
