★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 28/12/21, minha máquina resolveu dar o ar da graça, junto com a famigerada tela azul, bateu o desespero justamente por não ter um backup e a época do ano também não ajudar, justamente a semana entre Natal e final de ano.
Entrei em contato por telefone com a FCA e fui atendido pelo Felipe, marcamos e levei meu Note até o local, fui prontamente atendido pelo mesmo, que despendeu toda atenção necessária e foi muito atencioso, resolveu o problema da minha máquina e consegui sair com ela debaixo do braço 02 horas depois, bem aliviado por não ter perdido nada.
Sem dúvida, recomendo a empresa e também o Felipe, que como dito acima, foi muito profissional tanto no atendimento ao cliente como na resolução do problema.

I contacted the FCA by phone and was attended by Felipe, we made an appointment and took my Note to the location, I was promptly assisted by him, who provided all the necessary attention and was very attentive, solved the problem with my machine and managed to leave with it. under my arm 02 hours later, very relieved not to have lost anything.
Without a doubt, I recommend the company and also Felipe, who, as mentioned above, was very professional both in customer service and in solving the problem.
