★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles RETIRARAM a marçaneta da minha porta que estava danificada para trazer uma nova e instala-la. Eu estou a 1 MÊS sem a maçaneta da porta e tentando falar com o Fábio (responsável da empresa) e ele ignora as minhas mensagens. Ele já marcou durante esse período 3 vezes dizendo que viria instalar, e não veio, me deixou esperando e sem nenhuma resposta. É de uma falta de compromisso e palavra tamanhos...
E outra observação, apesar de terem indicado um serviço e se responsabilizado por ele, a partir do momento que a pessoa se responsabiliza, tem que dar no mínimo uma satisfação e não ficar dizendo que vai, deixar a pessoa esperando, e ainda por cima, com uma porta sem marcenaria durante 1 mês.
They REMOVED my damaged doorknob to bring in a new one and install it. I'm 1 MONTH without the door handle and trying to talk to Fábio (responsible for the company) and he ignores my messages. He has already marked 3 times during this period saying he would come and install, and he didn't, he left me waiting and without any response. It's from a lack of commitment and word sizes...
And another observation, despite having indicated a service and being responsible for it, from the moment the person is responsible, you have to give at least one satisfaction and not keep saying that you will, keep the person waiting, and on top of that, with a door without joinery for 1 month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Fábio veio fazer a vedação do meu telhado, eu disse que compraria 2 rolos de manta, mas ele disse que só 1 era suficiente. Quando começou a chover vimos que ainda estava pingando em alguns lugares, então falei com ele que me mandou comprar mais 1 manta que ele viria terminar. Comprei e marquei com ele mas ele não veio, não deu nenhuma satisfação e não me atende mais. Ou seja, vou ter que pagar de novo pra outra pessoa fazer.
Fábio came to seal my roof, I said I would buy 2 rolls of blanket, but he said that only 1 was enough.
