★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima, estou a dias sem internet, perdi minha prova online, minha mãe perdeu o curso dela, e eles até agora não vieram arrumar,sendo que já liguei umas 10 vezes. Ainda por cima mentiram que o técnico estava na minha rua mas não estava coisa nenhuma. E a cada ligação fico uns 40 minutos na espera. Um absurdo hoje em dia. Vou mudar meu plano de internet.
terrible, I am days without internet, I lost my exam online, my mother missed her course, and so far they have not come to fix it, and I have already called about 10 times. On top of that they lied that the technician was on my street but there was nothing. And with each call, I spend about 40 minutes waiting. It is absurd nowadays. I will change my internet plan.
