★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo ifood, foi uma péssima experiência. Eles não dão a opção de rastrear o envio do pedido e, ainda se confundiram com o endereço. A comida atrasou simplesmente 50 min!! Ao ligar você ainda é atendido por um atendente irônico e nada profissional que inclusive ainda faz piadinhas e ainda desligou na minha cara. Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma. Eu como consumidor, não tenho nada a ver com a quantidade de pedidos que determinado restaurante tem, se coloca um prazo de entrega tem que ser cumprido. Pois, ou não aceita mais pedidos pelo App ou ser sincero e falar de uma vez o prazo de entrega real.
For ifood, it was a bad experience. They do not give you the option to track the shipment of the order and are still confused with the address. The food simply delayed 50 mins !! When you call you are still attended by an ironic and unprofessional attendant who even makes jokes and even hung up on me. I do not recommend it at all. As a consumer, I have nothing to do with the quantity of orders that a certain restaurant has, if a delivery deadline is set, it must be met. Well, you either do not accept more orders through the App or be sincere and talk about the actual delivery time at once.
