Meu nome é Marlucia
venho por meio desde comentário fazer uma reclamação de algo que aconteu hoje na Fundação do Parque Moscoso.
Já fiz três cursos na Fundação e tenho muito a agradecer a Fundação e aos instrutores eficases pela a oportunidades.Porem a secretária Eliana tem uma recepção muito ruim,passa informação com má vontade .Não te informa corretamente em relação aos cursos ,sendo sincera demonstra preguiça no que faz .
Comigo aconteceu de entregar dois certificados com erros e quando reclamei ela não gostou.Foi indiferente e mais , a professora Rosy meire tinha me convidado para uma palestra que iria realizar hoje na Instituição e disse para mim quanto para Eliana que poderia chegar as 09:00hr.
Pois bem cheguei as 08:45 hr .informei trouxe os certificados para correção e vir para palestra.em realação aos certificados ja foi dito o que aconteceu e a palestra.virou e disse ja começou as 08:00hr.
Mas eu questionei a Meire disse que era para eu vir as 09:00hr. a não deu a menor importancia ,não pode ir ate a sala e perguntar se eu poderia entrar ou não.
fui embora .depois de quinze minutos a Professora Rose Meire me liga e pergunta pq não fui a palestra?
Informei a mesma que estive na Fundação porem a secretária disse que ja tinha começado, e se deu o trabalho de se informar se eu poderia participar ou não da palestra.
Estou muito chateada com tudo que aconteceu.
A Fundação é muito importante para muitas pessoas.
Por favor disponha de pessoas mais competentes a trabalhar .
Descupas pelo meu desabafo
e que não tinha com quem falar a respeito desde lamentavel ocorrido

I come from this comment to make a complaint about something that happened today at the Moscoso Park Foundation.
I have done three courses at the Foundation and I have much to thank the Foundation and the instructors for the opportunities. Because the secretary Eliana has a very bad reception, gives information unwillingly. Do not inform you correctly about the courses, being sincere demonstrates laziness in what you do.
With me she happened to hand over two certificates with errors and when I complained she didn't like it. I was indifferent and more so, Professor Rosy Meire had invited me to a lecture she was going to hold today at the Institution and told me how much for Eliana that could arrive at 09:00 .
Well I arrived at 08:45 hr. I informed you brought the certificates for correction and come to lecture.In realization of the certificates already said what happened and the lecture. turned and said it started at 08:00.
But I questioned Meire said it was for me to come at 09:00. She didn't care, she couldn't go to the living room and ask if I could come in or not.
I left. After fifteen minutes Professor Rose Meire calls me and asks why I didn't go to the lecture?
I informed her that I was at the Foundation but the secretary said she had already started, and took the trouble to find out if I could attend the lecture or not.
I'm very upset with everything that happened.
The foundation is very important to many people.
Please have more competent people working.
