Entrei em contato com o Luciano, que em pouco tempo já estava no local e resolveu o problema. Acabei aproveitando a visita e pedi para ele abrir um gabinete que eu não tinha mais a chave. Ele conseguiu abrir sem danificar a madeira, levou o miolo e para fazer uma chave e está funcionado perfeitamente. Tudo foi resolvido em menos de horas. Adorei o serviço. Muito educado e prestativo, o preço também foi bom. Obrigada Luciano.
I had a problem at the main gate of my father's house, the key just kept turning on the drum without opening the latch. I got in touch with Luciano, who was already there in a short time and solved the problem. I ended up taking advantage of the visit and asked him to open a cabinet for which I no longer had a key. He managed to open it without damaging the wood, took the core and to make a key and it works perfectly. Everything was resolved in less than hours. I loved the service.
