★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otima experiência, fui atendido com minutos de antecedência do horário previsto, atendentes muito empenhados em agilizar todo o processo, em especial a atendente de nome Mirian que mostrou muita boa vontade em algumas duvidas que tinha ,muito solicita e educada ,você esta de parabens , se todo orgao público fosse igual a este ia ser uma maravilha
 Great experience, I was attended to minutes before the scheduled time, attendants very committed to speeding up the whole process, especially the attendant named Mirian who showed a lot of goodwill in some doubts I had, very solicitous and polite, congratulations, if every public body was like this it would be a wonder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perda de tempo ligar, uma mulher gravando "a sua chamada é de número cinco, obrigada pela sua paciência, porém nunca atendem , quando chega sua vez eles não atendem. Tentei por várias vezes e sempre a mesma coisa, mora em outra cidade, preciso de informação, não vi seriedade.
Waste of time calling, a woman recording "your call is number five, thank you for your patience, but they never answer, when it's their turn they don't answer. I tried several times and always the same thing, lives in another city, I need of information, I didn't take it seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Fiquei desde 11:00 esperando, o sistema de senhas caiu e voltou 2 vezes, esperamos por horas. Fiquei 4 horas para não conseguir pegar meu passaporte. Sou do interior e terei que voltar apenas para isso.
Horrible. I've been waiting since 11:00 am, the password system crashed and came back 2 times, we waited for hours. I stayed 4 hours to not be able to get my passport. I'm from the countryside and I'll have to come back just for that.

Great service. They meet the scheduled time and employees are committed to solving everything quickly. I went twice to get my passport fixed and everything was done in less than 30 minutes.

Fiz um agendamento para fazer o passaporte do meu filho de 4 anos ontem dia 12.04.2022 as 11:59, e cheguei com 1h de antecedência, me deparei com todos os funcionários da lado de fora comemorando a inauguração, enquanto eu com uma criança e todos os clientes agendados ficava em pé olhando a festa deles e com a informação que seriamos atendidos após 14:30. DESCASO E FALTA DE RESPEITO COM OS CLIENTES! Deveria ter aberto agenda somente fora do horário de festa deles, se é que não iria atender! ESSE É O BRASIL!!! E quando a Rede Record chegou rapidamente começaram a atender, isso por volta de 13h.
My first experience at the new address was terrible!!!!
I made an appointment to make my 4-year-old son's passport yesterday, 04.12.2022 at 11:59, and I arrived 1h in advance, I came across all the employees outside celebrating the opening, while I with a child and all scheduled customers would stand up looking at their party and with the information that we would be served after 2:30 pm. DISCLAIMER AND LACK OF RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS! I should have opened an appointment only outside their party hours, if I wouldn't have answered! THIS IS THE BRAZIL!!! And when Rede Record arrived, they quickly started to answer, this around 1 pm.
