★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura é boa. Só há um único problema: falta de atendentes nos balcões. Então acaba demorando e burocratizando algo que pode ser feito em apenas 15 minutos ou menos. É uma única fila enorme que vai se dividindo em alguns departamentos. No atendimento do 1º andar por exemplo as vezes só existe um único atendente para inúmeras pessoas. Ou seja, complica muito.

It is a single huge line that divides into some departments. In the 1st floor service, for example, sometimes there is only one attendant for countless people. That is, it complicates a lot.

E quando entra se prepara para acampar, as vezes passa mais dd 1h esperando por algo que fará em menos de 5 minutos...

Deixo registrado aqui minha revolta, é uma grande falta de respeito com a população, falta de consideração com os impostos pagos com dinheiro do meu bolso. # seligacaixaeconomica
