Nunca fui atendida antes de uma hora de espera - mesmo antes da pandemia. E mesmo como cliente da agência. Informações desencontradas, erros. Num financiamento imobiliário recebi uma lista de documentos necessários. Levei todos e a atendente me disse que faltava um - QUE NÃO ESTAVA NA LISTA! De modo geral, o atendimento não é bom.

I was never seen before an hour of waiting - even before the pandemic. And even as a client of the agency. Mismatched information, errors. In a mortgage loan I received a list of necessary documents. I took them all and the attendant told me that one was missing - THAT WAS NOT ON THE LIST! In general, the service is not good.
