AtĂ© hoje estou tentando receber meu seguro desemprego mas ninguĂ©m resolve por telefone. ..vou ter que ir na agĂȘncia mesmo...Ă© decepcionante.

â â â â â HorrĂvel, pĂ©ssimo atendimento, muito cheio, os funcionĂĄrios atĂ© tenta fazer algo , mas o sistema nĂŁo ajuda, as filas sĂŁo imensa, se for usar o serviço desse local reserve um tempo muito grande, praticamente meio dia pra um atendimento, imagino que nĂŁo e culpa dos funcionĂĄrios, mas e um local horrĂvel de se ir , pena nĂŁo ter como evitar , quem precisar vai ter que esperar muito

â â â â â Ao ligar para o nĂșmero informado, os atendentes nĂŁo sabem absolutamente nada, mesmo que seja pedido contato por setor e nome do funcionĂĄrio.
Para um pedido simples destes lhe deixam esperando e desligam o telefone sem explicaçÔes.
Pessoalmente o atendimento nĂŁo Ă© muito diferente, tendo em vista que hĂĄ uma vontade latente de nĂŁo resolver problemas e sim redirecionar o atendimento a setor telefĂŽnico ou a internet.
Claro que existem vĂĄrios bons funcionĂĄrios no setor pĂșblico, mas sĂŁo infelizmente uma minoria nestes tempos modernos e impessoais.

â â â â â Bom vamos lĂĄ tenho 02 ReclamaçÔes referente a caixa econĂŽmica agĂȘncia 0290 em Bauru.
Primeira tenho uma dĂvida que nĂŁo consigo renegociar pois vou na agĂȘncia passam um nĂșmero para contato, entro em contato com o nĂșmero pedem para mandar e-mail e no e-mail mandam ir na agĂȘncia ou seja um ciclo sem fim.
Segundo tenho uma conta a mais de 3 anos jurĂdica e sempre quando preciso de alguma coisa a pessoa nĂŁo responde a Ășltima vez que precisei de alguma coisa foi um cartĂŁo que solicitei por WhatsApp a mais de 1 mĂȘs daĂ perguntei para o Gerente ele pediu desculpa e disse que demora 15 dias para chegar mandei mensagem para ele ontem e nem se quer responde, sei que estĂĄ difĂcil por questĂŁo da pandemia, mais o mĂnimo que esperava era uma resposta.

Minha mĂŁe, uma senhora de 80 anos foi a agencia, pediram pra ela ligar pra agendar o atendimento com a gerente. Agora me diga, alguĂ©m atende o telefone pra agendar? NĂŁo! Desligam na cara do cliente.
