 Queue is normal. But sometimes it takes too long because of the ATM, which sometimes has few bills available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima uma fila quilométricas demora de três horas para um atendimento básico e uma única agência para atender toda cidade e os povoados as cidades vizinhas é uma falta de respeito para com todos fica a minha indignação .precisa de mais agência para melhor atender nós clientes
It was terrible a kilometer queue takes three hours for basic service and a single agency to serve the entire city and the villages in neighboring cities is a lack of respect for everyone. My indignation is left. I need more agency to better serve our customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,a caixa de caxias ,pessimo atendimento vc tem que dormi na frente da caixa pra poder ser atendido e sem falar que ainda fica numa fila que não tem fim no sol ,todos misturados auxilio com as pessoas q vam resolver alguma coisa sobre conta tipo ,transferência vc fica de 8 da manha ate 12:39 pra poder entra na caixa quando chega dentro e mas 3 horas de relógio,as funcionarias que entrega senha 2 delas se confunde toda falta de treinamento ,péssimo,péssimo péssimo,socorooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo alguem toma providencia.
Terrible, the cashier, the poor service, you have to sleep in front of the cashier to be served and not to mention that you are still in a line that has no end in the sun, all mixed up, I help with people who are going to solve something about an account like ,transfer, you stay from 8 in the morning until 12:39 to be able to enter the box when you arrive inside and but 3 hours on the clock, the workers who hand over the password 2 of them get confused with any lack of training .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento é a ideia ridícula de botar o bolsa família pro caixa tem. só almentou ainda más a fila. abre logo outra agência por que só um ñ tem a menor possibilidade de supre a necessidade da população de Caxias que cada dia almento mais.
lousy service is the ridiculous idea of putting the family allowance to the cashier. it only increased the line even more. another agency soon opens because only one ñ has the least chance of meeting the needs of the population of Caxias, which I grow more and more each day.
