Pude ver algumas reaçÔes de insatisfeitos com o esperar e o ser chamado atenção. Mas contudo mesmo esperando de 9 am atĂ© Ă s 14:10 PM contemplei diversas situaçÔes e fui bem atendido. Quanto ao esperar, foi bem vindo porque alĂ©m de nĂŁo existir sĂł eu neste mundo pude exercer a paciĂȘncia. Obrigado a caixa econĂŽmica federal por me ensinar educação e a ser paciente.

AlĂ©m de falta de cordialidade, me deixou aguardando mais de 1 hora , mesmo eu estando com a senha na mĂŁo e sem ninguĂ©m na fila. Mal olhava nos meus olhos na hora do atendimento e com muita mĂĄ vontade para passar as informaçÔes. Se precisarem deste serviço, recomendo que procurem outra agĂȘncia.

O fone da agencia a cada 10 vezes que vocĂȘ liga alguĂ©m atende, sempre falam que vĂŁo retornar e nunca retornam! Descaso completo pelo cliente! Fujam desta agencia!
The service at this agency is terrible! I've been having issues since my account was opened. My account manager Carolina doesn't answer emails or answer the phone. The agency phone every 10 times you call someone answers, they always say they will return and never return! Complete disregard for the customer! Run away from this agency!

â â â â â Se nĂŁo fosse o tempo de espera, seria uma agĂȘncia bancĂĄria ideal: tranquila, segura, pouco movimento, limpa, gerente e caixa super educados e pacientes, serviço atĂ© rĂĄpido (descontando o tempo na fila) e local com fĂĄcil acesso. O problema Ă© o tempo de espera (e jĂĄ Ă© a terceira vez que estou falando disso), por isso menos uma estrela. Logo ao sair, descobri outro defeito da agĂȘncia: que caro o estacionamento! Talvez por isso tem poucos clientes? Para quem vier: procure estacionar na rua na vizinhança.

â â â â â NinguĂ©m atende o telefone. JĂĄ foram 22 ligaçÔes no dia de hoje e sĂł fui atendido pela manhĂŁ quando falei do meu problema. Agora a tarde sequer me atendem, provavelmente poe jĂĄ saberem do que se trata e nĂŁo terem nenhuma solução.
