Sou correntista e diante dessa pandemia ninguém atende telefone não temos um meio de contato com funcionário e quando raramente em meio a diversas ligações que se faz sem ninguém atender um ser atende só porque não soube dar o nome da gerente ela a "FUNCIONÁRIA" desligou o telefone e pensem NÃO CONSEGUI MAIS LIGAR. Meu Deus como que um banco como a caixa que tem tantos programas do governo entre outras coisas pode dar um atendimento desse a um correntista. Acho que porque na minha conta não tem milhões de reais nem sou ganhadora de um prêmio da mega sena bem acumulado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é péssimo, sou cliente dessa agência a 12 anos e nunca houve melhoria cheguei na agência as 11:10 recebi a senha 12:50 agora são 14:28 e ainda não fui atendida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento terrível, só pra atualizar o nome e poder ter acesso a minha poupança, demorei quase 2 meses, só pq são funcionários públicos pensam q não devem prestar um eficiente serviço.
Tinha um bancário que atende no térreo parecia o qual transbordava gentileza, pra não dizer o contrário, aparentava não gostar de atender ninguém, mal atendia a pessoa, já dispensava.
Terrible service, just to update the name and be able to access my savings, it took me almost 2 months, just because they are civil servants they think they shouldn't provide an efficient service.
There was a bank clerk on the ground floor, he seemed to be overflowing with kindness, not to say the opposite, he seemed not to like meeting anyone, he barely attended to the person, he already dispensed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Dia 19.01.22, das 11 as 1530h tentei uma ligação para minha gerente de contas, D. Gorete (32133012), porém em vão. Das mais de 20 ligações, em torno de 6 delas foram atendidas com a promessa de chamar a gerente. Tudo em vão. É no mínimo, irritante esse tipo de tratamento. Vou repensar a manutenção de minha conta na Caixa.
Awful. On 01.19.22, from 11 am to 3:30 pm I tried to call my account manager, D. Gorete (32133012), but in vain. Of the more than 20 calls, around 6 were answered with a promise to call the manager. All in vain. This kind of treatment is irritating to say the least. I will rethink the maintenance of my account at Caixa.

Hoje dia 01/02/2022 não caiu.
Não sei se é devido ao feriado ou se é problema no depósito, até mesmo pq aqui no site a agência consta aberta.
Estou precisando muito desse dinheiro na conta do depositado!!!

Lugar onde você é julgado, pela sua aparência!
No dia 09.05.2022, eu e meu esposo, chegamos a agência da Caixa, na Aven. Presidente Vargar- Belém/Pa. Fomos para um simples atendimento, onde o meu esposo, iria sacar, um valor que ultrapassava o seu limite diário, e eu nem imaginaria que ali aconteceria uma das piores humilhações!
Como o dinheiro estava na conta dele, o segurança falou que eu não poderia entrar. Deveria ficar esperando ao lado de fora, e após longas horas, quase às 17hr, bati no vidro, igual a uma condenada, pedindo para o segurança vir falar comigo, e ele fez de conta que nem me viu!
Simplesmente assim, eu parecia uma indigente, mendingando por algo!
E lá estava ele, se fazendo de surdo, e cego. Então eu continuei lá, a esperar!
Após uns 10 minutos, chegou uma senhora muito bem vestida, apenas chegou no mesmo vidro, que eu havia batido por várias vezes, e ele veio atende-la. Sim!!!!! Ela nem chegou direito na porta, e ele já foi logo, vindo em sua direção!
E eu me perguntei: O que é isso?
Porquê ela mal chegou, e ele veio imediatamente atende-la!
Chamei ele novamente, e ele continuou a se fazer de surdo, diante da minha pessoa!
Só pq eu não estava usando um salto 15cm, era loira, e bem vestida!
Foi neste momento, que sairam duas funcionárias de dentro da agência, e eu pedi para eu ir ao banheiro, que o meu esposo estava lá dentro, aguardando a sua vez, para realizar um saque, e que eu estava grávida. Então elas disseram, para o tal guarda, abrir a porta, e deixar eu entrar!
E eu me pergunto, até quando viveremos, essa diferença racial?
TERRIBLE!!!

On 09.05.2022, my husband and I arrived at the Caixa branch, on Aven. President Vargar- Belém/Pa. We went to a simple service, where my husband would withdraw, an amount that exceeded his daily limit, and I wouldn't even have imagined that one of the worst humiliations would happen there!
As the money was in his account, the security said that I could not enter. I should have been waiting outside, and after long hours, almost at 5 pm, I knocked on the window, like a convict, asking the security guard to come talk to me, and he pretended he didn't even see me!
Just like that, I looked like a pauper, begging for something!
And there he was, playing deaf, and blind. So I stayed there, waiting!
After about 10 minutes, a very well dressed lady arrived, just arrived at the same glass, which I had knocked several times, and he came to answer her. Yes!!!!! She didn't even make it to the door, and he was right away, coming towards her!
And I asked myself: What is this?
Because she barely arrived, and he immediately came to attend to her!
I called him again, and he continued to turn a deaf ear in front of me!
Just because I wasn't wearing 15cm heels, I was blonde, and well dressed!
It was at this moment that two employees left the agency, and I asked me to go to the bathroom, that my husband was inside, waiting for his turn, to make a withdrawal, and that I was pregnant. So they said to that guard, open the door, and let me in!
And I ask myself, how long will we live, this racial difference?
