★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, filas enormes diariamente, deposito em caixas eletrônicos demora demora para aparecer na conta. Ontem mesmo 02/01/2019 por volta das 11:15 hrs fiz um deposito via caixa eletrônico e apareceu a seguinte mensagem "Caixa com problema" em seguida voltou para a tela de inicio, nao saiu o comprovante nem voltou o envelope. Fila de horas para pegar senha não pude esperar. Retornei hoje 03/01/19 na agencia, a fila estava intensa, tentei falar com o gerente, mas ninguem nos atende sem pegar a senha.
A fila é para pegar Senha para qqr atendimento na agencia. PÉSSIMO.
Vamos pulverizar essa retirada de senha agencia... Muitos ficam horas na fila pra chegar na hora de retirar a senha e saber que a agencia nao atende o que o cliente procura.
Poor service, huge lines daily, deposits at ATMs take a long time to appear on the account. Just yesterday 02/01/2019 at around 11:15 am I made a deposit via ATM and the following message appeared "Case with problem" then returned to the home screen, the receipt did not come out or the envelope returned. Queue of hours to get password could not wait. I returned today 01/03/19 at the agency, the queue was intense, I tried to talk to the manager, but no one answers us without getting the password.
The queue is to get a password for any service at the agency. TERRIBLE.
Let's spray this agency password removal... Many wait hours in line to arrive at the time to remove the password and know that the agency does not meet what the customer is looking for.
