â â â â â O atendimento nĂŁo Ă© muito bom nĂŁo. Os caixas eletrĂŽnicos q ficam na parte externa tem deficiĂȘncia. Somente uns dois q recebem depĂłsitos e a falta de envelopes pra depĂłsito em dinheiro Ă© constante.
The service is not very good either. ATMs that are on the outside have a disability. Only a couple of them get deposits and the lack of envelopes for cash deposit is constant.

Jå fui tres meses consecutivos para abrir uma conta poupança e so pq o talão da energia e no nome da minha vo o rapaz que me atendeu disse que para eu poder abrir o talão tem que estå no meu nome.
Moro com minha vó, no meu certidão de nascimento tem o nome dela, no RG também tem o nome dela é eu não entendi nada.

Ă a Ășnica agĂȘncia na regiĂŁo e serve para atender mais de duas cidades, o que torna a espera interminĂĄvel e desconfortĂĄvel, nĂŁo tem estrutura para atender 100 pessoas e recebe mais de 400 por dia, serviço horrĂvel em todos os aspectos.
It takes time and the place is horrible !!! Horrible structure !!!!! Everything horrible !!!! It is the only agency in the region and serves more than two cities, which makes waiting endless and uncomfortable, has no structure to serve 100 people and receives more than 400 per day, horrible service in all aspects.
