★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível não atendem telefone e nem pra falar com o gerente conseguimos pra resolver problemas, um dia antes estive aqui é não tinha sistema para o atendimento com o gerente e hoje estou na fila a 1 hora e o atendente apenas diz que ele deve estar atendendo ainda, nem certeza tem horrivel o atendimento
Horrible, they don't answer the phone and we couldn't even talk to the manager to solve problems, the day before I was here and there was no system for the service with the manager and today I'm in the queue for 1 hour and the attendant just says that he should still be working , not even sure the service is horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento nessa caixa é péssimo além da demora no atendimento fui acompanhar meu pai,estava com meu filho criança de colo,falaram que eu não poderia entrar com ele fiquei do lado de fora ,em pé porque não tem lugar para sentar por mais de hora até ele ser atendido..Tinha uma outra moça com uma criança tb na mesma situação sem contar pessoas de idade na fila no sol esperando ser atendido eles não tem respeito nenhum com as pessoas..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como pode um banco com a responsabilidade que a Caixa possui prestar um atendimento tão horrível? Estou na agência a quase duas horas. Tem um funcionário no caixa e um funcionário no "Atendimento Expresso". Deveriam mudar esse nome pq de expresso não tem nada. Como atende a demanda desse jeito? É humilhante para o cidadão e desgastante para o funcionário. O motivo da existência da Caixa é só acabar com a paciência das pessoas.
How can a bank with the responsibility that Caixa has provide such horrible service? I've been at the agency for nearly two hours. There is an employee at the checkout and an employee at the "Atendimento Expresso". They should change this name because there is nothing express. How do you meet demand this way? It is humiliating for the citizen and exhausting for the employee. The reason for Caixa's existence is just to end people's patience.

Atendimento horrivel, não resolvem nada, não sabem o que estão fazendo, a senha não segue uma ordem para atender todos de forma correta.
Local/Banco totalmente arcaico, desde os sistemas, até a forma de trabalhar dos funcionarios, pois ao informar seu problema, a unica coisa que pensam é em como jogar seu problema para outro lugar e ou até para você mesmo.
A melhor coisa é não depender da Caixa para nada!
I recommend running away from this place.
Horrible service, they don't solve anything, they don't know what they're doing, the password doesn't follow an order to answer everyone correctly.
Totally archaic location/bank, from the systems, to the way the employees work, because when reporting your problem, the only thing they think about is how to throw your problem elsewhere and or even to yourself.
The best thing is not to depend on the Caixa for anything!
