Poor service ... I can't get in touch by phone ... my wife asked for another card and the application shows that she is at the agency but the manager said she is not, so we couldn't find the card

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo esse tipo de atendimento da caixa! Cliente recebe o cartão e tem que pegar uma fila que n anda a mais de meia hora pra pegar uma senha, para fazer a senha do cartão! Caixa precisa caminhar um bocado pra chegar ao nível de contas digitais como nubank ! Infelizmente nós sujeitamos a esse tipo de atendimento! Pior em plena pandemia e povo aglomerado!
Absurd this type of care from the box! Customer receives the card and has to get in a line that hasn't been there for more than half an hour to get a password, to make the card's password! Cashier needs to walk a bit to reach the level of digital accounts like nubank! Unfortunately we are subject to this type of service! Worse in full pandemic and crowded people!

É impressionante o quanto essa agência se supera no quesito atendimento e resolução das solicitações. Funcionários são antipáticos e mal educados, parece que estão fazendo algum favor para os clientes! Além de ser lento como uma tartaruga, você é obrigado a ficar numa fila no sol e na chuva pra pegar a senha, e ainda passar mais horas pra ser atendido. E quando consegue resolver sua solicitação, porque na maioria das vezes você fica horas esperando ser atendido pra no final não ter sua solicitação resolvida.
É revoltante e frustante, nota 0.
