Lots of queues, the agency here is not a cozy place, in need of an overhaul. Worst days of going to the agency (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui nessa caixa econômica de campo maior, fiquei horas na fila gastei dinheiro la, pra no final eu fui desbloquear meu caixa tem la, cheguei com meus documentos e eles não fizeram nada por mim foi horrível, e nada haver se eu tava com meus documentos originais , aqui deixo no há revoltada ?????????????
I went to that larger field savings bank, I spent hours in line I spent money there, so in the end I went to unlock my bank there, I arrived with my documents and they did nothing for me it was horrible, and nothing if I had my documents originals, here I leave it there is disgusted ?????????????
