Good morning, the very rude bank security guards don't have training to talk to customers, but the manager is very polite, but the note goes because of the security and the delay in the service I spent outside waiting to get in for almost 2 hours
Getting inside I still had to wait a long time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento PÉSSIMO. Funcionários que liberam as senhas extremamente mal humorados. Minha senha era prioridade e uma das atendentes se fez de doida e me entregou uma senha convencional. Percebi e pedi a preferencial. Ela amassou o papel e com muita má vontade e me deu a senha correta. Totalmente diferente de outros bancos como o Banco do Brasil.
TERRIBLE service. Employees who release passwords are extremely grumpy. My password was priority and one of the attendants acted crazy and gave me a conventional password. I noticed and asked for the preferential one. She crumpled up the paper and grudgingly gave me the correct password. Totally different from other banks like Banco do Brasil.
