★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É sempre um desprazer visitar essa agência. O único banco no qual você é punido por ser cliente, é o castigo é muita demora, filas intermináveis, péssimo atendimento e muita burocracia. O banco que é a cara do Brasil. Ineficiente.
 It is always a displeasure to visit this agency. The only bank in which you are punished for being a customer, is the punishment is a lot of delay, endless lines, poor service and a lot of bureaucracy. The bank that is the face of Brazil. Inefficient.

TERRIBLE. I have been waiting 24 hours for a deposit made at the ATM to be cleared and nothing. And when you try to ask for information, we are met with a lot of hostility by employees and service providers.

No mínimo se passa umas duas horas dentro do banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O banco caixa econômica Federal dentro do shoping Câmara precisa serem tomadas providências urgentes pois o pivô é colocado na garagem cheguei a passar quatro horas de espera ,ali não é lugar para banco, além de o atendimento ser péssimo por alguns funcionários que obedecem ordens de uma senhora loira que se diz gerente ,já passei por humilhações já vi caso de racismo chamei a vítima para ir a delegacia mas ela resolveu entregar nas mãos de Deus. Não sou bem vinda lá porquê exigi meus direitos inclusive os vigilantes e muitas pessoas presenciaram o quê estou citando nem tem como da nem uma estrela fora de cogitação ali ser um banco entre outros assuntos que prefiro não abordar .
The Federal Savings Bank bank inside the Câmara shoping needs to be taken urgently because the pivot is placed in the garage I spent four hours waiting there, there is no place for a bank, in addition to the service being terrible by some employees who obey orders from a blonde lady who calls herself a manager, I've been through humiliation I've seen a case of racism I called the victim to go to the police station but she decided to deliver it in God's hands. I'm not welcome there because I demanded my rights, including the guards and many people witnessed what I'm quoting, there's no way to even a star out of the question there being a bank among other subjects that I prefer not to address.
