Uma Ășnica vez que eu fui tentar ir lĂĄ nĂŁo deixaram nem eu entrar alegando que meu comprovante de residĂȘncia nĂŁo era vĂĄlido. Meu cartĂŁo expirou e atĂ© agora nĂŁo recebi um novo. ???
 I made my account in the lottery and unfortunately I went to that agency, horrible !!

Teria vergonha de fazer o que ela faz, nem idoso respeita, provavelmente nĂŁo tem mĂŁe. DĂĄ patada em vez de informar as pessoas. A gerĂȘncia deveria fixar na parte externa da agĂȘncia um aviso dos serviços realizados na agĂȘncia no momento, porque nĂŁo vai demorar muito, alguĂ©m vai registrar queixa na delegacia do idoso pelo tratamento porco que ela presta, uma situação realmente repugnante. Mal carĂĄter, mal educada.Nenhuma estrela.

â â â â â Exceto pelo fato de ter ido dar entrada no auxĂlio emergencial e descobrir que tinham retirado em meu nome todos os valores creditados em meu CPF e a caixa nĂŁo impediu essa fraude.
Except for the fact that I went to apply for emergency assistance and found out that all the amounts credited to my CPF had been withdrawn in my name and the cashier did not prevent this fraud.

Um senhor moreno que fica na mesa fazendo o atendimento do FGTS Ă© extremamente arrogante, a gente vai falar com ele, falamos que sabemos de algo que ele comenta e ele vira e diz: "nĂŁo precisava nem vir aqui, jĂĄ sabe de tudo" nas palavras dele. E o pior Ă© que vocĂȘ vai pergunta algo a respeito da sua conta conta, coisas que vocĂȘ tem o direito de saber e ninguĂ©m responde, sĂł sabem se esquivar das perguntas ao invĂ©s de nĂłs ajudar e fornecer as informaçÔes.
Um grande problema dessa agĂȘncia Ă© a falta e atĂ© pouca informação dada pelos funcionĂĄrios: NinguĂ©m te informa quais documentos necessita, aĂ se vocĂȘ nĂŁo leva a xerox de algo vocĂȘ nĂŁo Ă© atendido, ou seja, vocĂȘ fica quase 2hrs na fila pra ser dispensado por nĂŁo estar com a xerox da identidade e atĂ© mesmo vocĂȘ ser atendido por 2 funcionĂĄrios que pedem documentos totalmente diferentes do outro.
Terrible service (except for the attendants who are distributing the cards), a disregard for people. A dark man who stays at the table doing the FGTS care is extremely arrogant, we'll talk to him, we say we know something he says and he turns around and says: "I didn't even have to come here, you know everything" in the his words. And the worst thing is that you will ask something about your account, things that you have a right to know and nobody answers, they just know to dodge the questions instead of us helping and providing the information.
A big problem with this agency is the lack and even little information given by the employees: Nobody tells you what documents you need, so if you don't take a photocopy of something, you are not attended to, that is, you spend almost 2 hours in line to be dismissed by not have the photocopy of the identity and even you are attended by 2 employees who ask for documents that are totally different from each other.
