★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento prestado hoje 20/06/17, retornei na agência para levar um documento solicitado para libertação do FGTS inativo e a Gerente simplesmente negou atendimento, dizendo que não irá fazer nenhum atendimento hoje!!!!! Completo absurdo vc esperar40 minutos a abertura da agência e não conseguir ser atendindida! Conforme informação p nome da Getrnte e Graziela que nem se deu ao trabalho de levantar da mesa para me explicar o motivo de não atender somente dispensava os clientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já passei muito nervoso nessa agência, eles se acham superiores à qualquer individuo, principalmente a Gerente petulante, por diversas vezes ela recusou atendimento, tanto pessoalmente como por telefone. Agora cometeu um erro gravíssimo no meu Financiamento Habitacional e eu e minha família estamos prestes a perder nosso imóvel, ela não assume o erro e continua sem nos prestar atendimento, está fugindo! O juros quem tem que arcar? o cliente é claro!!! Érika Regina, você é desumana, não se coloca no lugar do próximo nem por um minuto, incompetente não por errar pq o ser humano está sujeito a isso, mas por não ter a humildade de assumir seu erro! Você se acha superior, mas esquece que o mundo é uma roda gigante um dia vc está lá em cima, no outro embaixo! Sem contar a telefonista Luciene que não passa um recado, não localiza ninguém, confirma informações totalmente erradas e promete retornos que não faz, é outra péssima funcionária, não sei quem ta pior a Gerente Geral ou a Telefonista! Nenhuma das duas dão a cara a tapa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estava utilizando o caixa eletrônico, por volta das 17:00h , quando, de repente, um guarda surgiu de dentro da agência, com a sua mochila ( indo pra casa ) e apagou todas as luzes do hall de atendimento. Perguntei-lhe se era assim mesmo qua a coisa funcionava, e se não seria melhor ele esperar o final da utilização do caixa antes de apagar as luzes.. Ele informou que "não... que , que dando a hora, ele(s) apaga(m) e saem".... Disse-lhe que o tratamento dispensado aos clientes era mesmo um "lixo"..
