Quando questionei, fui informada pela atendente que ela não tinha nada a ver com isso e pelo gerente que a agência “Não tem lei de espera” e que os responsáveis pelo meu atendimento estavam em horário de almoço. Aguardei na agência mais de uma hora, com uma criança de 5 anos. Irei notificar a gerente geral.
Bad service, an hour waiting for an empty branch. When I asked, I was informed by the attendant that she had nothing to do with it and by the manager that the agency “There is no waiting law” and that those responsible for my service were at lunchtime. I waited at the agency for over an hour, with a 5 year old child. I will notify the general manager.
