★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvida esta agência não se preparou para crescimento e para a quantidade de pessoas que a utiliza. O atendimento deixa a desejar, a quantidade de caixas também. Como um banco que presta inúmeros serviços relacionados ao governo, penso aue poderiam melhiras bastante.
No doubt this agency has not prepared for growth and the amount of people who use it. The service leaves to be desired, the amount of boxes too. As a bank that provides numerous government-related services, I think they could do a lot better.

Terrible, if you have a uniform and PPE, you don't go in, they block the door, it's not a place to invest, unless you want to go in barefoot because if you have a nail in your sandal, you can't go in either
