O grande problema é sua dificuldade de chegar aos interiores do estado. Nem todos podem ir a Teresina e se manterem o suficiente para uma graduação e pós. Entendo a falta de recursos, mas acredito na capacidade do ensino superior de chegar a todos. I don't even need to talk about UFPI, everyone knows she's the one. I agree with that, it is a great institution in every way. The big problem is its difficulty in reaching the interior of the state. Not everyone can go to Teresina and maintain themselves enough for an undergraduate and graduate degree. I understand the lack of resources, but I believe in the ability of higher education to reach everyone.
