★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É bom mas o frete tá muito caro, e a gente cota num dia e qdo vai fechar está mais caro. Um absurdo, deu uma diferença de 300 reais de um dia pro outro no mesmo pacote.
It's good but the freight is very expensive, and we quote in a day and when it closes it is more expensive. An absurd, it gave a difference of 300 reais from one day to the next in the same package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido na entrada pelo seguranças mas na recepção só pq não sabia preencher o formulário direito fui tratado como pouco caso , pedi ajuda mas fui tratado com descaso, se a atendende me ajudasse com boa vontade terminaria em 5 min mas como ela tava de má vontade preenchi em 20 min e paguei 500 reais no envio pra outra pais se não quer atender ao público procura outro trabalho
I was very well attended at the entrance by the security guards but at the reception only because I didn't know how to fill out the right form I was treated as a little case, I asked for help but I was treated with neglect, if the attendant helped me with good will it would end in 5 min but as she was ill will filled in 20 min and paid 500 reais in shipping to another country if you do not want to meet the public looking for another job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, não indico a Fedex nem para meu pior inimigo. Nem para o cão de 2 chifres. Além de pagar o Frete super, mega, hiper, power alto eles não mostra se de fato existiu o pagamento da Alfandega. (Tudo no escurinho) Eles simplesmente falam (pagamos) pagou oque bando de sem vergonha. E além do mais ter que buscar a mercadoria a 15km do destino conbinado, e cobrar o frete pela segunda vez na retirada. Extremamente roubo em cima de roubo.
Quando comprei o produto uma taxa de entrega já foi imbutida, e quando retira tambem inclui outra taxa da Alfandega incluindo outra taxa administrativa também da entrega, ainda acrescenta valores exorbitantes além do frete que já é extremamentissimo caro.
Super, mega, hiper, Power caríssimo.
Resumindo
1 Paguei o produto
1 Alfandega de importação sem comprovante
2 frete paguei 2 frete e não entregou na minha porta.
1 taxa administrativa (pra que? Se já paguei o frete 2x) kkkks
18% de ICMS sem comprovante se de fato pagou.
Não acho essa corporação justa e Leal com os consumidores.
Entrarei na justiça para rever cada centavinho pago.
Horrible, I don't recommend Fedex or my worst enemy. Nor for the 2-horned dog. In addition to paying the super Freight, mega, hyper, high power, they don't show if the Customs payment actually existed. (Everything in the dark) They just talk (we pay) what a bunch of shameless paid. And besides, having to pick up the goods 15km from the agreed destination, and charge the freight for the second time in the withdrawal. Extremely robbery upon robbery.
When I bought the product, a delivery fee was already built in, and when it is removed, it also includes another Customs fee including another administrative fee also for the delivery, it still adds exorbitant values in addition to the freight that is already extremely expensive.
Super, mega, hyper, very expensive Power.
