Desculpem, mas o condominio tem valor alto, e os aptos a venda são bem caros para o local onde o condomínio se encontra! Acho que o povo ali pensa que mora no Panamby kkk???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bem tranquilo pra se morar tem um playground bem bacana pras crianças. Com a manutenção. sempre em dia desda limpeza do ambiente quanto as pinturas da prédios e os jardins sempre com a grama aparadas. Além dos aparelhos da academia bem bacaba.
