★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O álbum precisa melhorar pois contém fotos que contém olhos fechados, e fotos que não estamos olhando, pois as vezes não esperavam estarmos prontos pra tirar a foto, então essas ficaram feias e colocaram no álbum sendo que haviam outras fotos melhores a colocar
Acredito que colocam as fotos aleatoriamente e não são selecionadas corretamente, o que é um erro.

-Cerimônia começa atrasada
-Erros de som e imagem na apresentação do início ao fim;
- Bagunça ao remover o fundo do palco para exibição da retrospectiva deixando panos e placas caídas durante a retrospectiva.
-Mestre de cerimônia envergonhou os oradores das turmas (alunos) em meio aos convidados;
Menosprezou o fato do inspetor da escola ser parabenizado com presente dos alunos;
Envergonhou uma das alunas com deficiência motora;
Recitou 5 passagens da Bíblia (Lembrando que estamos em um estado *LAICO*);
-O "animador" da plateia forcava, realmente forçava a plateia a cantar, chamou os alunos de mudos em determinado momento.
Lamentável... Extrema falta de estrutura e profissionalismo, a formatura era de alunos do nono e terceiro ano do ensino médio, momento especial para todas as famílias, infelizmente interrompido por um mestre de cerimônias que se sentiu pastor de igreja e por ausência de uma equipe de som e imagem despreparada...

-Ceremony starts late
-Sound and image errors in the presentation from start to finish;
- Mess when removing the back of the stage for the retrospective display leaving fallen cloths and plates during the retrospective.
-Master of ceremonies shamed the class speakers (students) among the guests;
He despised the fact that the school inspector was congratulated with a gift from the students;
It embarrassed one of the students with physical disabilities;
He recited 5 passages from the Bible (Remembering that we are in a *LAICO* state);
-The "animator" of the audience forced, really forced the audience to sing, called the students mute at a certain moment.
Regrettable... Extreme lack of structure and professionalism, the graduation was for ninth and third year high school students, a special moment for all families, unfortunately interrupted by a master of ceremonies who felt like a church pastor and by the absence of a unprepared sound and image team...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bando de irresponsáveis e mentirosos, primeiramente muito desorganizado, no dia da formatura era pra chegar uma hora antes já que começava as 21h, os formandos entraram no salão as 21:40, uma fila enorme para tirar foto, tudo tinha que fazer fila, a comida do buffet horrível de péssima qualidade, disseram que teriam drinks, só teve cerveja e suco em pó misturado com água e vodka, sem contar que a formatura era do Iga e colocaram um pessoal de outra escola que não tinha nada a ver, então dividiram a formatura, para entregarem as fotos foi uma enrolação, demorou mais de 90 dias e enviaram para o endereço errado, e sem contar que tiraram fotos a noite toda e no pen drive vem 46 fotos e 5 vídeos, fotos com os olhos fechados, com a boca aberta, simplesmente horrível!!
Não recomendo para ninguém, só stress mesmo no dia mais importante para nós formandos!!!!!
A bunch of irresponsible and liars, at first very disorganized, on graduation day it was supposed to arrive an hour before it started at 9pm, the trainees entered the hall at 9:40 pm, a long line to take a picture, everything had to queue up, the food from the horrible buffet of terrible quality, they said they would have drinks, there was only beer and powdered juice mixed with water and vodka, not to mention that graduation was from Iga and they put people from another school that had nothing to do, so they shared the graduation, to deliver the photos it was a nonsense, it took more than 90 days and sent to the wrong address, not to mention that they took pictures all night and on the flash drive comes 46 photos and 5 videos, photos with eyes closed, with an open mouth, just awful !!
I do not recommend it to anyone, just stress even on the most important day for us graduates !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, demoraram muito tempo pra começar roubando tempo no final, funcionários extremamente arrogantes e sem educação. Tanto os fotógrafos quanto os organizadores.
Não teve tempo nenhum no final, quando desci do palco para tirar foto com a familia uma funcionária arrancou a beca de mim na frente dos meus pais.
Péssimo, marcou minha formatura com momentos de raiva e tristeza.
Terrible, they took a long time to start stealing time in the end, extremely arrogant and uneducated employees. Both photographers and organizers.
There was no time at the end, when I came down from the stage to take a picture with the family, an employee pulled the gown off me in front of my parents.
Terrible, it marked my graduation with moments of anger and sadness.

Gostaria de comunicar a vocês minha insatisfação quanto a empresa de formatura. A princípio ficaram me cobrando algo que eu não devia. Enviei várias vezes o comprovante de pagamento e mesmo assim queriam que eu pagasse novamente. Pedi a eles várias vezes pra resolverem ligo pois, precisava de mais convites, mas a resposta deles era que eu não tinha pago. No dia 11 de dezembro o gerente da empresa acabou entrando na conta após eu desafia-lo e encontrou o pagamento que havia sido realizado em outubro . Aí falei que precisava dos convites e ele me disse quer poderia pegar a 170.00 e q parcelaria no cartão em disse vezes.
Pedi ao meu marido pra ir lá na terça feira passada, chegando lá venderam os convites a 190,00 sendo 2 convites saiu 380,00 a vista. Enviei mensagens falando que o gerente me vendeu a 170,00 mas a atendente Elizang ela falou que não era esse valor de, enfim, falei que acionaria a escola bem como, o Reclame aqui. Pra piorar cheguei na formatura e meu nome na mesa foi feito totalmente errado, a atendente Elizangela estava lá, totalmente despreparada, me indicando localização em filas erradas.
O momento de formatura, estar com o pessoal e abraçar as professoras do Iga(Maravilhosas) foi demais, mas foi lamentável a escola da empresa. Não terei o valor da diferença do convite com certeza , e pra mim como sabem que sempre paguei td certinho não fará falta 40,00, mas fica a lembrança de estresse com esta empresa e não gostaria que futuros formandos passem por isso.
Sei de muitos alunos que reclamaram da empresa, e tiveram ininterrupta problemas com a mesma, enfim, o IGA não merece isso. É uma excelente escola com ótimos professores e um nome a zelar pra continuar com esse tipo de empresa que fresta os alunos do IGA como lixo.
Sem mais, agradeço ao IGA por esses 2 anos que me acrescentaram muita coisa boa e conhecimento.

Good Morning!
I would like to communicate to you my dissatisfaction graduation company. At first they were charging me something I shouldn't have. I sent the payment receipt several times and they still wanted me to pay again. I asked them several times to settle because I needed more invitations, but their answer was that I had not paid. On December 11, the company manager ended up after I challenged him and found the payment that had been made in October. Then I said I needed the invitations and he told me he could take the 170.00 and the parcel on the card said times.
I asked my husband to go there last Tuesday, getting there sold the invitations at 190.00 and 2 invitations came out 380.00 in sight. I sent messages saying that the manager sold me at 170.00 but the attendant Elizang she said that was not that value of, finally, I said that would trigger the school as well, the Complain here. To make matters worse I got to graduation and my name on the table was done totally wrong, the attendant Elizangela was there, totally unprepared, indicating me location in wrong lines.
The moment of graduation, being with the staff and embracing the teachers of Iga (Wonderful) was great, but it was unfortunate the school of the company. I will not have the value of the difference of the invitation for sure, and for me as you know I always paid all right will not be missing 40.00, but is the memory of stress with this company and would not want future graduates to go through it.
I know many students who complained about the company, and had uninterrupted problems with it, so IGA does not deserve this. It's a great school with great teachers and a name to keep going with this kind of company that cracks IGA students like rubbish.
Without further ado, I thank the IGA for those 2 years that added a lot of good stuff and knowledge.
