★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência e prejuízo. Fiz o pedido de duas tintas PRONTAS galão 3,6 litos e o vendedor errou o pedido e mandou fazer 01 kg de cada cor solicitada. Perdi horas tentando resolver a questão, hoje 8 dias depois ainda não me deram uma posição. Apenas informam que a loja não troca nem devolve. Fiquei com o aborrecimento e o prejuízo.
Os atendentes são despreparados e desatentos. NUNCA MAIS ENTRO NESSA LOJA!
Bad experience and loss. I ordered two PRONTAS paints 3.6 liters gallon and the seller made a mistake and ordered 01 kg of each color requested. I wasted hours trying to resolve the issue, today 8 days later they still haven't given me a position. They just inform that the store does not exchange or return. I was left with the annoyance and the loss.
Attendants are unprepared and inattentive. I NEVER ENTER THAT STORE AGAIN!
