★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde. Foi muito difícil conseguir falar com a clínica hoje pela manhã, as ligações não se completavam e caiam. Depois de muitas tentativas consegui agendar uma avaliação . Porém tive um contratempo e não poderia comparecer, e mais uma vez, as ligações não sendo atendidas e caiam. Sinto muito mais tentei remarcar a avaliação, mas não tive escolha, a não ser mudar de clínica, e mandar essa obs para a Prevent Senior.
 Good afternoon. It was very difficult to be able to speak to the clinic this morning, the calls would not be completed and dropped. After many attempts I managed to schedule an evaluation. However I had a setback and could not attend, and once again, the calls are not answered and fall. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca consegui marcar uma consulta por telefone, descaso total, afinal pagamos convênio e não é barato, sem contar quando uma atendente fica irada expondo seu estresse falando do cliente pelas costas.
Tem profissionais muito bons lá dentro também. Não estou generalizando.
I was never able to make an appointment over the phone, total neglect, after all we pay health insurance and it's not cheap, not to mention when an attendant gets angry exposing her stress talking about the client behind her back.
There are very good professionals in there too. I'm not generalizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é indicação da Prevent Senior, mas só atende fisio ortopédica. Uma falta de comunicação absurda, além do atendimento demorado. Se ligar por telefone tenha paciência e insistência.
Vou complementar a resposta por aqui: Eu precise de fisio motora e respiratória. A Prevent indicou a sua clínica e ao ligar, a atendente disse que só trabalhar com ortopédica. Pedi para avisar isso na Prevent, porque além de demora para atenderem (foram mais de 12 tentativas em 3 telefones) não fazem o trabalho. Precisam rever a organização e atendimento do convênio.
The clinic is recommended by Prevent Senior, but only serves orthopedic physio. An absurd lack of communication, in addition to the lengthy service. If you call by phone, be patient and insistent.
I will complement the answer here: I need physical and respiratory physio. Prevent indicated his clinic and when calling, the attendant said he would only work with orthopedic. I asked to warn this at Prevent, because besides the delay in answering (there were more than 12 attempts on 3 phones) they don't do the job. Além de tudo meu pai foi totalmente mal atendido, consulta toda atrasada, falei com a recepção reclamei chamaram a (suposta Dona) mulher totalmente mal educada, ignorante, arrogante e mal amada. Pior lugar de toda minha vida! Meu pai tem 90 anos ele entrou lá e saiu pior! Parece que todos os fisioterapeutas são recém formado; não tem nenhuma e experiência. PIOR CLÍNICA. Não é à toa que as avaliações por aqui são péssimas!!!
Lousy place, all very old, device falling apart! I don't know how Prevent manages to have a connection with this kind of mouth!
Besides, my father was totally poorly attended, consultation was all overdue, I spoke to the reception and complained they called the (supposedly Dona) woman totally rude, ignorant, arrogant and unloved. Worst place of my entire life! My father is 90 years old he went in there and it came out worse! It seems that all physical therapists are newly graduated; have none and experience. WORST CLINIC. It is not for nothing that the reviews here are terrible !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns funcionários saem pra fumar, voltam com cheiro de cigarro na boca e ficam ao celular dentro da sala de fisioterapia enquanto tem pacientes necessitando de observação, pois a maioria são idosos.
Some employees go out to smoke, come back with the smell of cigarettes in their mouths and stay on the cell phone inside the physiotherapy room while there are patients in need of observation, as most are elderly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica realmente está sempre cheia, porém respeitam o distanciamento social e limpam os equipamentos com álcool gel o tempo todo.
Há fisioterapeutas experientes e recém formados, "todos" muito competentes, atenciosos e preocupados com o bem estar e a melhora dos pacientes. Sem palavras para descrever o carinho e atenção da médica da acumputura. Se em alguém momento o tempo de espera se torna maior, é porque eles zelam pela segurança e "sempre", sempre mesmo, tentam atender a todos.
Após algumas semanas, me sinto bem melhor e cada vez mais animada para uma recuperação completa.
Algumas opiniões publicadas, infelizmente, não correspondem a verdade dos fatos.
Parabéns equipe! Que vocês sigam em frente e saibam que o trabalho de vocês é lindo e incrível.

The clinic is always full, but they respect social distancing and clean the equipment with alcohol gel all the time.
There are experienced and recently trained physiotherapists, "all" very competent, attentive and concerned with the well-being and improvement of patients. No words to describe the affection and attention of the accumputure doctor. If at any time, the waiting time becomes longer, it is because they care for security and "always", always really, try to serve everyone.
After a few weeks, I feel much better and more and more excited for a complete recovery.
