I ordered 3 hamburgers for my family, he gave me 20 minutes. 1 hour and 45 minutes later the food arrived. He saying he was waiting for the biker just as they passed e3 times here on the street and there was nothing for me. It was better ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência lá foi boa, ao menos no da primeira etapa, o atendimento é bom e há uma certa variedade no cardapio desde sanduíches à bebidas. Quanto às formas de pagamento , tanto pode ser à vista, credito ou debito (menos fiado). A entrega ainda é um pouco demorada, normalmente aos domingos, à noite, leva cerca de 20 a 30 minutos. Nunca pedi pizza e não posso avaliar quanto a isso. Em geral, é um lugar bom, que dá pra levar a família e amigos.
My experience there was good, at least in the first stage, the service is good and there is a certain variety on the menu, from sandwiches to drinks. As for the forms of payment, it can be in cash, credit or debit (less guaranteed). Delivery is still a little time, usually on Sundays, at night, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Seria ótimo se o estabelecimento começasse a fazer os sanduíches com hambúrguer artesanal. Do jeito que eles são bons, iriam ficar ainda melhor.
Wonderful service, kind and attentive staff and administration. Delivery is fast, without headaches.
It would be great if the establishment started making sandwiches with homemade hamburger. The way they are good, they would get even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meus amigos, os sanduíches são de primeira, agora a entrega é horrível, moro a 10 minutos de carro do bairro e simplesmente a entrega fica entre 1h e meia para 2 horas. Chega a ser ridículo essa espera, o atendimento do zap já não sabe qual desculpa inventar quando entro em contato!! Precisa melhorar muito ou vai perder muitos clientes!!!
My friends, the sandwiches are top notch, now the delivery is horrible, I live 10 minutes by car from the neighborhood and the delivery is simply between 1 and a half to 2 hours. This wait is ridiculous, the zap customer service doesn't know what excuse to come up with when I get in touch!! You need to improve a lot or you will lose a lot of customers!!!
