★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço que solicitei ficou do jeito que eu queria,o trabalho é bom ,mas qualquer serviço esta sujeito a manutenção, aí que vem o problema com essa empresa , o suporte não é bom , se precisar usar a garantia do serviço o cliente é levado a inúmeras desculpas de contratempo. Apesar do bom serviço eu não recomendo porque se precisar de algum reparo que esteja no prazo de garantia a empresa não dá a mínima atenção.
Deixo aqui o relatado e a minha decepção com o serviço de manutenção prestado.

Despite the good service, I don't recommend it because if you need any repairs that are within the warranty period, the company doesn't pay the slightest attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço foi bem feito, mas, o pós venda é dos piores que já presenciei, implorar para que seja feito um reparo é no mínimo humilhante. Infelizmente depois de insistir quase 60 dias registrados conversas, terei de procurar outros meios, uma pena. Dito isso, se precisarem de um serviço de comunicação visual, recomendo procurar outra empresa, pois, o serviço não é barato e qualquer empresa por medíocre que seja, entrega o serviço, difícil é honrar com o pós serviço.
The service was well done, but the after-sales service is one of the worst I've ever witnessed, begging for a repair to be done is humiliating to say the least. Unfortunately after insisting almost 60 days recorded conversations, I will have to look for other means, a pity. That said, if you need a visual communication service, I recommend looking for another company, because the service is not cheap and any company, no matter how mediocre, delivers the service, it is difficult to honor with after-service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No meu caso foi muito pior apenas a conversa foi bonita, a cor veio totalmento diferente, os funcionarios deixaram o toldo arrastando no chão, quase foi rasgado e o pior, foi aplicado um verniz que ficou cheio de bolhas o que deixou o produto novo com cara e muito velho.
Ao ligar para reclamar, disseram que ia ser reparado, desde então não me atende mais.
Vou procurar os meios judiciais agora e recomendo fortemente que não caia na conversa bonita, não contrate.
In my case it was much worse, only the conversation was beautiful, the color came out completely different, the employees left the awning dragging on the floor, it was almost torn and the worst, a varnish was applied that was full of bubbles which left the new product with guy and very old.
When I called to complain, they said it was going to be repaired, since then they don't answer me anymore.
I'm going to look for the legal means now and I strongly recommend that you don't fall for the nice talk, don't hire.
