★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a esta farmacia na noite deste domingo fui extremamente mal atendida desde a hora que entrei na farmacia, isso nunca havia acontecido, porem as duas atendentes que estavam no balcao totalmente despreparadas, mal educadas e sem vontade nenhuma de trabalhar, nunca mais volto la, era cliente, mais fui tratada como lixo nunca mais volto e nao recomendo, procurem outra, uma boa opcao de 24hs e drogaria sao paulo da av.itamarati, essa nunca mais ponho os pes, se nao quiserem afundar, mesmo sendo uma farmacia revejam os fucionarios principalmente as duas sem educacao que trabalharam na noite de domingo 07/01/21

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim. No dia 30/10 sábado pedi para meu namorado comprar um sabonete líquido que sempre uso e não fui com ele a farmácia. Quando ele chegou em casa vi imediatamente que não era o que uso normalmente e pedi para ele trocar, como ele estava muito cansado ficou de trocar ontem ( domingo dia 31/10.) Porém eu e ele fomos trabalhar ontem e na volta muito cansados resolvemos deixar a troca para hoje. Pois bem, chegando na farmácia expliquei a situação e a moça que me atendeu disse imediatamente que o produto havia sido utilizado. Falei que não havia usado nenhuma vez e jamais iria trocar algo que já usei, ela disse que sim havia sido utlizado e comparou outro produto com o que eu fui trocar, mostrando a enorme diferença em termos de quantidade. Eu imediatamente a questionei o por que ele foi vendido mesmo estando com a quantidade diferente dos demais, sendo que eu realmente não usei. Ok, acredito que pela firmaza com que eu falei ela disse que iria trocar. Não sendo suficiente este constrangimento, ao chegar no caixa acredito que fui atendida por um rapaz chamado Matheus, ele fez uma brincadeira com ela dizendo que estranhou eu estar pagando no cartão um valor de R$ 1,22 ( diferença entre um sabonete e outro que peguei ) eu na frente dele e outras pessoas atrás de mim e ele disse isso. Eu perguntei se ele queria que eu fosse buscar o dinheiro no carro. Enfim, nunca mais volto na loja. Deixo aqui as fotos dos produtos que ela comparou, para verem a diferença de quantidade entre um e outro. Ressalto novamente que não usei o produto ou seja, ele já foi vendido dessa forma. Além disso, esse sabonete Actine rende MUITO uso um frasco por meses, jamais teria conseguido usar tudo isso em apenas 1 dia !!!!!

When he got home, I immediately saw that it was not what I normally use and I asked him to change it, as he was very tired, he changed it yesterday (Sunday, 31/10.) But he and I went to work yesterday and when we got back, we were very tired. leave the exchange for today. Well, arriving at the pharmacy, I explained the situation and the girl who attended me immediately said that the product had been used. I said that I had not used it once and would never exchange something I had already used, she said that yes it had been used and compared another product with what I was replacing, showing the huge difference in terms of quantity. I immediately questioned her why it was sold even though the quantity was different from the others, as I didn't really use it. Okay, I believe from the firmness I spoke with, she said she would change. This embarrassment not being enough, when I arrived at the cashier, I believe I was attended by a boy named Matheus, he made a joke with her saying that he was surprised that I was paying a value of R$ 1.22 on the card (difference between a soap and another that caught ) me in front of him and other people behind me and he said that. I asked if he wanted me to go get the money from the car. Anyway, I never go back to the store. Here I leave the photos of the products she compared, to see the difference in quantity between one and the other. I emphasize again that I have not used the product, that is, it has already been sold that way. In addition, this Actine soap yields A LOT of use in a bottle for months, I would never have been able to use all of this in just 1 day!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bepantriz sexta feira paguei 19 reais. Chegando em casa dei uma olhada no valor nas farmacias para ter uma noçao pq achei bem caro. Vi q normalmente o valor é bem menor. Um absurdo!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem alguns medicamentos, mas consegue marcar com o atendente/farmacêutico para previsão ou entrega na mesma semana dependendo de sua medicação. Vale mto à pena dependendo do valor a ser pago, comparado a outras farmácias.
